Hyia again! So... I need a little help editing a new mesh. So, you see... I currently editing this mesh (this is the ninja outfit), and I removed those fugly pauldrons on the shoulds, but it left a hole on the outfit. I have tried merging and it didn't help, so I tried... Make Edge/Face, and it kinda worked. But... as you can see on the UV the new face is over the old one and I can't move it out without pulling the vertices behind. I have tried splitting but Idk how it works. Can you guys help me?

Hi, What is the problem with merging ? I tried, I think it's the simplest solution, you just have to create two vertices to have the same number to join But if you want to move your new face on the uv map, try a selection by face, you should be able to move it to another place on your uv.

Hi there, thank you so much. Selection by face did the trick. Merging wasn't working because it caused a weird slant between the two vertices, so I had to make a whole new face so that it would intersect the shape of the arm. Hopefully like this it will work.
