Hi..! I just downloaded newer version and it works great! Except that every time I try to edit my works' shadow/specular/Normal parts (except diffuse part, thank god), the program just stops... I think it happened after I exported wrong shadow file just once..? I mean it wasn't that bad... I tried to import dds 3..? kinda file, and after that I can't just never even click them...
Every time I click it, it goes off.. I really want to edit bump.. help me...!
And fyi, I didn't delete the old version, when I installed the newer one.
If it causes any problem, just let me know I'll try deleting and install it again!

Can you share your latest log that you get after the crash? They are located in C:\Users\user name\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Logs. Put it in spoiler tags if it's very long.

Also : Does it happen with all your project or just this one? Your current project might simply be corrupted and you might simply have to re-create it.

Also : Does it happen with all your project or just this one? Your current project might simply be corrupted and you might simply have to re-create it. some projects work, some not.. It's kinda random, I think.

This issue has already been reported in the error report thread. When someone sends us a package and image that reliably cause the problem to occur, then the issue can be addressed. Until then, all I can tell you is that I am able to export/import all CAS images with no errors. This means that there is no way to figure this out without a package/image combo that causes the problem (I cannot get it to happen with my test projects).

So it's not entirely sure, but maybe it's not my own problem, yeah? I tried with just simple EA mesh and deleted the shadow, and it went off again. I'm having this problem with recolored mesh / edited mesh / or all kinds of package files. T0T

What do you mean by "deleted the shadow"? Can you please share the package that is having the issue.

What do you mean by "deleted the shadow"? Can you please share the package that is having the issue. I mean I clicked 'Make Blank' and sharing the package might mean nothing cause this problem keeps happening with every package, even with EA's basic package file.

The issue does not happen on my end, neither on OM's end. Only on certain users as she's explained above. If the team that works with the program doesn't have the issue nor can replicate it, then it'll probably not be fixed. Please share the package as asked if you'd like to help on getting to the root of the problem.
Also, what version of s4s are you using? Have you tried re-installing it?

The issue has been identified in a few packages sent by Studio members in the bug thread. The problem will be fixed in the next version of Studio.
