Alrighty, so I'm in the process of converting the base game kids underpants for adult females. So far it looks reasonably good, but there's still one problem I can't seem to fix. As y'all can see, the leg bits are too long and look a bit wonky. I've tried to adjust the texture (as well as the alpha) in Photoshop, but it never works and the edges of the texture become fuzzy. How can I shorten the leg bits without messing up the texture? Any help would be greatly appreciated

This is my nightmare with texturing xD With a specific issue like this one I usually adjust it in blender by moving the uv around a bit so it fits xD This is not a very good solution if you wanna retexture with patterns afterwards because it might mess up the geometry. You also with this technique need to remove the doubles on the seams on the mesh.
Otherwise I use the alpha from something else that fits normally and try to work on the texture in PS. Unfortunately like we work with low resolution it is hard to keep clean. (without the fuzzyness)

I'm not able to see the pictures, but i think i saw them while on my phone.
Try cloning another adult underwear that is similar to yours and borrow its alpha. If this doesn't help, then you'll have to edit each texture manually.
