Hi! I was doing some simple retextures in CAS and I came across a problem. I created some red spots on hands, feet and mouth and in S4S they where perfect. I saved them in facedetail>forehead and mouth and opened CAS but here they look like completely desaturated. The question is, does every slot in this category work like this? If yes, there's a way in which I can change this setting? If nothing is possible, should I save them in tattos? Because I don't know which other category covers hands and feet (mouth is not a problem because I can put them under a lipstick). This is what I'm talking about.

The issue here is most likely the composition method.
Open your package in S4S go to warehouse tab, select your CAS part and change the Composition method to 0. Might be on 3 at the moment. The composition method is used to blend the layer of your CC into the skin layer. It is therefore possible to lose pigments on the colors. Composition 0 equals : no blending.
EDIT : It also depends where you put the texture on the uv map. It could be that you put the texture where the lipstick is so your spots get the color from the lipstick instead of their own.

Zelrish the problem was the Composition, thank you a lot!!! :D maybe you also know a way to make the face detail layer go under the makeup one? If not, no problem ^-^

You're welcome. For this one, you have to change the sort layer accordingly to how you want it. Have a look at THIS post and you just have to adjust the sort layer on every CAS part that you need. Here, if you meant facepaint I would set the sort layer to 4000 to be under all the other make up layers. The skin detail layer is already at 2100 which means it is applied right after the skin, so under everything else. Anyway I am sure you can sort it out using the linked post ^^

Thank you again!! The problem wasn't the layer but the composition of the lipstick (about 4), but I'm glad I also know layers now :D
