I'm just wondering, do I need to wait for a new version of Sims 4 Studio for Parenthood Tunings to be loaded into the program? It's not doing it. And I don't know how to "make it"
I have the latest version, and I tried reinstalling, that is, if this is actually a "bug".

I don't know about tunings, but in the past you've been able to get access to objects by placing the respective pack files in S4S's Mods folder in My Docs.
I can't remember if it's ClientFullBuild0.package or SimulationFullBuild0.package that you need. Just chuck a copy of both in and you should be good to go (Found in GP05 for Parenthood).
(I used this method with I think it was backyard stuff, but haven't used it for a while so don't know if it's changed.)
Edit: I just tried it and it doesn't seem to work anymore :(

Hello! Do we have an ETA for when the program will be updated for Parenthood? I know it just came out yesterday, but I recolor all of the children's hairstyles to have the five "unnatural" colorful hairs that adults have, and I really want to update my CC on my blog. Thanks!

No, there's no estimated time. The team voluntarily give their time to do this without getting paid for their work. So they'll update it whenever they can. So patience is key.

Sounds good! I really appreciate everyone's hard work so that we can all make our own CC. I never dreamed I'd be able to do this on my own before (rofl) This is also the first game pack I've been actively making CC so I wasn't sure how updating the program normally worked. Thanks for filling me in!

What updating usually involves is that EA patches and Studio issues a timely update (if needed). A few days later, the new game pack comes out and Studio updates promptly again. Then a few days after that reports start trickling in about some type of CC that no longer works correctly or that doesn't do the special new things that EA items of that type do so Studio updates again with a batch-fix for that CC. Then still more reports about some other type of thing that doesn't work come in so Studio updates again with a batch-fix for that too. Then reports come in that the first batch-fix because it was rushed out, doesn't work on all CC or doesn't work quite as expected. So Studio updates again for that issue. Then a month or two goes by, EA puts out another patch, and the whole cycle begins again. During all that, we are, of course, updating any of our mods that were broken or otherwise outdated by the patch. This time it was the wrench-hider mod and two career mods. Last time it was the Pose Player and etc. The process of updating and uploading Studio over and over each time a patch comes out is time-consuming and didn't leave us time to enjoy the new pack ourselves or to work on our own CC projects.
As the discussion about the Parenthood pack in our community was lukewarm at best and there is no immediate emergency (the patch didn't break Studio this time), we decided we would hold off on updating for it to give the patch/pack dust time to settle. Then Studio can have a single update instead of many updates. So far there are two potential batch-fixes for broken CC that will be needed. Once those have been investigated and added (if they are required), Studio will be updated.

Would you guys ever consider using Patreon or having a donation drive? I would love to support the team, and maybe give you guys the opportunity to hire outside help for mundane updates.

Hi pickypikachu, we have not considered a Patreon or donation drive. The idea behind the Studio project is to share a free, easy-to-use tool for CC/Mod creation and grow a fun, friendly, helpful, and creative site for Sims 4 creators and players, not to make money. That is, we make the tool to share it with people and have those people share with us and each other in the community we all generate together. Taking on a Patreon account or managing a donation drive would have the tendency of focusing the project on money and those tasks would make it feel like the project is a job rather than a hobby. Also, getting outside help would be expensive, and juggling costs/donations and dealing with a hired coder would, again, make the project feel like a job rather than a hobby. Taking money, even if that money is a freely given donation, carries the risk of negatively changing how people feel about Studio, not just the giver and the receiver but everyone who sees the exchange. Asking for money makes some people feel bad or guilty if they cannot afford to contribute as well. I appreciate that you would like to support the Studio project and there are many ways to do so. Creators are welcome and encouraged to share their creations in the Creator Studio section, and players are welcome and encouraged to "like" or comment on creations posted there. That section was started at the members' request and has grown to be an important part of our community. It's very rewarding to see people sharing what they make with Sims 4 Studio here at Studio forums. Experienced creators can help new people here in the Creator Help section and the tutorial section. It doesn't need to be your tutorial to hop in and give someone a hand, but new tutorials are also welcome. Again, it's very rewarding to see people "paying it forward" as it were and making Sims 4 creation accessible to more people. Those who create in other ways for the game, whether by building, writing stories, taking pics, or making vids are welcome to share in the Pics/Vids section. The amazing posts there are inspirational. And sharing conversation, game tips, and help with game issues is welcome in the Sims 4 Chat section. These are all ways of supporting the Studio project that don't require money and, in this context, carry a lot more meaning than someone writing a check. The active participation of community members is what keeps the project alive. Without the Studio community's support, this project would not exist, and we would just make the tool for ourselves.
