Can someone help me? When i import the dds file in the sims 4 studio it says "Your texture must be saved with DXT5 compression" I'm not really familiar with this. Help.

hi! if you're using .dds then you need to pick the "dxt5 with alpha" type when the nvidia plugin window pops up. this will depend on the image editor you're working with.

Also, if you save your image as a .png instead, you will not have to mess around with .dds settings. Sims 4 Studio can accept .png and .dds. If you use .dds, you have to choose the correct alpha setting. If you use .png, Sims 4 Studio will handle the alpha setting for you as long as the image has transparency.
