I made a cropped turtleneck in MD. In game when I enlarge or make the breasts saggier the cropped part becomes pointed and distorts. How can I fix this? I just want the cropped part to stay where it is. Top picture is normal, rest are distorted Pictures: imgur.com/a/iURE9

novasim. Without seeing .blend it's difficult to say. In this case it looks more like a uv_1 issue. I think you decimated your mesh too much, so when you did uv_1 data transfer, it transferred incorrectly (approximately). I suggest checking these tutorial by SLYD, one is about smooth weight transfer, this technique can be used for uv_1 transfer, and this one is about correcting weights.

I followed the tutorial and it made the cropped part rougher. Maybe it's the reference mesh I'm using that I'm transferring the weights from? I transfered it from a long sleeved shirt. Here's my .blend

I don't see anything unusual in weights, they look fine. I am not sure about uv_1, I think that's a cap acting out. I would transfer uv_1 again using subdividing reference mesh method. Or I would try deleting existing cap and creating new by selecting edges and extruding them inside.
