hi! Your boots UV are overlapping the visible leg parts on the texture map, that's why it's displaying like that. You'll need to move the uv down or reduce it in size (as well as modify the texture) to fix it. here's a texture map guide. You will not see it in blender unless you go into the rig group, and change the material of the legs group mesh for your boot's texture. Then head over to the "image" item and pick your texture from the droplist. (if the texture tab is empty, click the globe button before it and then come back) This will only apply in blender, it won't change anything about your model. As for the other issues, those should be viewable in blender. There's not much anyone can do by only seeing the pictures. So if you'd like for someone to check those things, please share the .blend and .package files.
