Hello there! I hate coming here asking for help but I'm having this issue with importing any lods but lod0? This is what I have on lod0 and this is what I shows up if I import any mesh to the other lods. It's not a single package problem, I've tried to make a whole new package and the problem isn't solved, I've tried making other cc and still nothing, I've even tried to uninstall and install again s4s and nothing. If it were a geom issue the mesh wouldn't even be showing up right, right? I feel like this is a simple issue and can be solved quickly but I honestly can't figure it out, please help me? :(

hi! Can you share the package and blend file? This sounds like something on your computer with the program if you mention you're having it with several items. Have you tried going into your documents and renaming the s4s folder so it can be re generated again?. Also, have you tried saving the package after import, close s4s and re open it again?

Sure, here! When I uninstalled s4s I went into my documents and deleted the folder so it'd have to regenerate a new one. And yeah I saved it afterwards several times but still nothing - sometimes it even happens that after I open that saved package the polygons and vertices under the lod section turn to 0 on the lod0 too which is the only one with the mesh. Thanks for your attention!!

i recloned the dress you used as a base and imported the blend you shared. Apart from not having the same amount of mesh groups ( the original mesh has 4 groups, yours have 3 - you have to import the same amount of groups) it imported just fine..so it must be something on your end. Unfortunately i don't really know what could be.
Please be patient until someone that knows more can assist you with this.

What i did was i first joined all the meshes together in blender. Then assigned "0000" cut number to it. Then i went to s4s and looked for an outfit that has only one cut number. Then i imported in the LOD0 and 1 to it. The reason why your mesh is like that is because the cut number doesn't match the original. And besides, in blender, i saw that you did not have any cut number that said "0000" instead your mesh started from "0001". Hope that helped

Ohh I didn't know the number of the cuts had to match the package I imported it to! I thought any outfit would do!! Thank you so much for helping me, it's working completely fine now. I've been having this issue for the past two weeks I may or may not be tearing up a bit. Thank you!! <3
