So I had 1196 hours invested in my lated game. That was a lot of time. Even though I told myself I was going to, I downloaded tons of CC. Even stuff I wasn't using. Ended up I got so frustrated with lagging, bad cc, and so much more I deleted the whole damn game. Now I am going to go abouts it a different way. Only downloading what CC I desperately need or like. I didn't need 118 hairstyles when I was only using 4. Ya know? Same with outfits. So... what are your preferences in regards to cc? Do you only download what actually want and plan to use or do you have 100000's of files?

I am very, VERY picky on the CC i use because I can easily go crazy and just download everything I see! Which makes my game lag after a while.I try to only download what I plan on using in game. I frequently switch out outfits and hairstyles. Furniture wise I only dl pieces, not the whole sets.

i DL what i LIKE, Test Run it in the Game and Delete most of it - after Checking it out. The Game Updates can really screw things up, that's why i don't keep most things but as a Creator, i like to see what others are up to.

There's a difference between downloading and actually putting that cc in my mods. I as well, test everything and open it on s4s to check it out closely. Study that all the textures are correct, and the polygons of said mesh. I don't put stuff "just cos" and everything i use has a proper use. If i don't need it anymore, then it's out.
