Hello somebody! This is my first time creating clothes. However, its glitches in game. I've tried to find out in a few similar threads before, so the problem is weight. I tried to use Blender v2.78 to weight transfer, limit total, normalize all,... but it was not effect. There are blender and package file. Hope someone can help me!!!

hi, please use another site to upload your pictures. for example imgur.com
if you have weight issues, use blender 2.70. that's the most reliable version.

I don't see anything wrong at first glance on neither weights, vertex paint nor uv_1. Have you tried cloning another item? Like a simple tank top?

Inabadromance is correct. You need to transfer again the weights but make sure to limit to 3. As you can see in the image some of your points have 4 weights assigned to it which will cause an error in the game.

I personally never had an issue with vertices weighted to 4 bones (since there're many meshes from EA even some vertices on the body that are like that). And for example, the hand in your mesh is perfectly fine, yet in the image it's all over the place. i think it's more of the item you cloned.. be sure to pick one with the same amount of mesh groups.

if you're doing a weight transfer, i suggest getting an ea mesh that's larger than your mesh. what i mean is if your mesh covers a certain amount of skin, get a mesh that covers more. that way it ensures your whole mesh is weighted. if you get something any smaller, the weight will look crazy in game.

I deleted your sims 4 skin and replaced. I transferred the female naked top by subdividing it before transferring over the weight. Since your top is not 'skin' tight, I suggest using the arm modifier. SORRY!!! EXTRA WEIGHTS NOT MESH! SORRY!

jakea which mesh did you use for transferring weights from? I see lot of bones that normally can't be found in top meshes like: b__CAS_Chin__ b__R_Thigh__ b__L_Thigh__ b__UpLip__ b__L_Calf__ b__R_Calf__ b__R_Skirt__ b__L_Skirt__ b__R_Toe__ I would suggest removing these vertex groups from your mesh and checking if it works. Or re-transfer weights from another item (top). Remove all vertex groups before transferring new weights if you choose the second option. When you import custom mesh it has to have the same vertex groups as in original file, otherwise you can see spikes or crazy geometry. Also, you might want to repaint weights on the sides since they are weighted to arms. Sides should be weighted to spine_0, spine_1, spine_2. Edit: wingly was faster then I :D.
