I'm back with more issues relating to my water cooler. 
1. The seam down the back of the bottle doesn't bother me too much but I'd like to be able to get rid of the two lines running diagonally across the top od the cooler body. I've tried removing doubles but it didn't seem to make any difference. Blender told me it didn't remove anything when I tried that.
2. If possible I would like to remove the diagonal shading either side of the control panel. I can live with it if nothing can be done about it though. The other thing in this picture though is that the normal map only seems to add highlights to the right-hand side of the control panel. The bump map looks as though it should apply them eaqually across the entire area though as I would like.
3. While the black strips definately look as though they are holes in the panel side, as they should, I also want the vents to look slightly raised. I can't seem to achieve this and I'm not sure how to edit my normal map texture to achieve this.
