Can someone help me turn this hairstyle blue?

I downloaded this mod that shows a color chart with the option to have dark blue hair but when I downloaded the hairstyle it didn't have the option to make the hairstyle dark blue.

I really want one of my sims to have this hairstyle but with dark blue so if someone could help me, I would really appreciate it.


I miss the color wheel on Sims 3, EA should have never taken that out.
