Definitely, if the cut numbers are not set up how EA's are set up the item will not import correctly. If a cut number is missing, the original EA mesh will not be replaced at all. Thank you.

I think this issue may be why people complain about the mirror modifier or at least one reason. It really is annoying and, if you've never used the modifier before, it causes this unexpected invisibility issue that's tough to guess the cause of.
Was I right about the cut numbers at least?

You're welcome aerynaldie looneybin17 , I've had this particular quirk (bug) of Blender bite me in the rear so many times that it's one of the first things I check when someone says "mirror modifier" now :P I never really used the modifier since lots of people complain bout it.
*facepalm*

The hair in the .blend1 is not the hair with the bangs flipped: Hair on the left is the flipped bangs. Hair on the right is the one you posted. Applying the mirror modifier flipped the normals on part of the mesh. That's why just fixing the cut numbers didn't fix the OP's problem. Those need to be flipped back or that part of the mesh will be invisible. -_- I didn't even look at the modifiers.

aerynaldie, the .blend you posted is a .blend1. This is a backup of the original .blend you exported. This means that what you posted in the .blend1 is the original EA hair. If you want help with the item you edited you need to post the .blend you edited - not the original EA mesh. Right now, no one has been able to look at the edited .blend you made so no one can tell you what the issue is. uuuuuh I did
