Hey! I've finished your pose pack. I added 2 extra people to the poses to look like they were the people burying the person, but if you don't want to, you don't have to include these people when you are posing your sim (so you can just use the poses meant for the person that is buried in the sand, and not the people that buried them there if you don't want to.) Pics: You can download on my tumblr, here: galraveins.tumblr.com/post/168538499725/its-a-beach-pose-pack-yaaaaay-okay-so-you-can

Do you want to know how to make the poses yourself, or do you want someone to make them for you? Sorry, I wasn't really sure because you put that you don't know how posing tools work in the game, so I didn't know whether that meant you'd want to learn or have someone else make it for you. Regardless, if you do want someone else to make this pose for you, I might be able to do it. You might have to give me some time though, some people can make poses in like... 15 minutes... But I'm not one of those people. Plus I take a while to edit preview photos. If you do want me to make this pose set, how many people do you want in the pose set? And what ages should each person be (adult, toddler or child... you can't pose babies.) Do you want some people posed sitting next to the person with their neck in the sand, like they were just burying them? I would say posed with spades but I don't think a spade accessory exists. And what facial expressions should they have? Happy? Should the person buried in the sand look a bit annoyed?

Close up of facial expressions:
In game VLD inspired pose pack for TS4. Inspired from when Shiro/Haggar fight, but also in 80s Voltron when Sven and Haggar do the same (the VLD version is probably based off that!)
Requires 9 sims to pose it. I think any adult sim can use this pose set, regardless of gender (though I haven't tested that theory.) I used sims 4 studio, blender, and photoshop cs6 to make this pose set. You need the pose player and updated teleporter statues from Andrew's studio for it to work.

This should probably do the job: linkIt says it's for Newcrest but if you read more it also says: "This default also affects Willow Creek and the background houses in Oasis because EA has cloned the background houses in these three worlds BUT it won't affect the other worlds." I don't know if this mod is broken, or up-to-date, etc, so use at your own risk. I believe it is to be combined with this mod: modthesims.info/download.php?t=568508 This mod will remove the props like the dinosaur from Oasis Springs. Again, Idk if it's up to date.

So I *really* love this default replacement lip detail by Nyloa. However, unfortunately, she has been inactive for over a year (last post was 23 June 2016). Since then the toddlers patch came. Would anybody be able to convert the lips default to toddlers too? Link: nyloa.tumblr.com/post/122003510940/hello-here-i-have-some-default-lips-d-thankyouTell me if I'm out of line requesting this. You can find her TOU here nyloa.tumblr.com/termsofuse but, (please tell me if I'm wrong!), I believe on MTS the protocol is if a mod isn't updated for x amount of months (I think 2, maybe more, Idk), another creator is allowed to come along and update it. I know tumblr isn't MTS but I'd imagine similar protocol would apply. How the lips look (this is Nyloa's picture):

What default are you using? It wouldn't solve your problems for open-toed shoes, but if your sims are going barefoot it may be ideal to download non default replacement detailed foot shoes. You can find some here, if you download the standard feet, though it doesn't provide detailed feet for all ages: sims4studio.com/thread/2622/untraditionalnerd?page=1&scrollTo=36989And here, for all the other ages that do not have detailed feet shoes in the above link: (download the first package on the page for detailed foot shoes only, the other one is a default replacement): modthesims.info/d/588172You would have to remove your default replacement feet first, though. And if you want to make sure your sims wear these detailed feet even in say, the bath, you can use mc command center to put the detailed feet shoes on their bathing outfit - I'm not sure how well that would turn out, but you can try.

Thanks for the reply! I was using the teleport statue, but it wasn't how I was setting up the pose in game that was confusing me (if that's what you meant), but rather in blender. I fixed it though, Idk I couldn't always see the red line all that great *but* yeah, to stop sims floating you put them straight above it - I didn't realize that it wouldn't affect where the sim was standing if I moved them onto the line (I wanted to spread the sims out, so I thought if they were all on the line then they would literally all be standing in a line formation and I didn't want that).. Whilst reworking it I also imported the wrong animations from the old version at first which made very, very confused lol but it's all g now. And it's better to rotate them from the root when you have a birds eyeview so they don't go all crazy floating diagonal. This is my pose now (I also added another sim bc the circle had a gap and there are 8 of them in the pic w/ Sven): I'm done my first pose pack now so *woop* now I've made 11 poses including the ones from this pack *even though 8 of them are v. similar buut that's the point, so Sven/Shiro didn't know which witch to attack* I'll change the title to solved now. (:

TL;DR Person new to poses wants to know how to make a group pose with sims in circular formation, and how to know where the ground is (it's some lines, but which lines? Green and red?) and also wants to know how to keep sims feet flush against the ground when moving them into said circular formation.I'm trying to recreate this scene from Voltron. This is a picture of my desired result (mine will look a bit different though since I'm basing it off the VLD version of the scene with Shiro and Haggar, couldn't find a reference pic for that) Basically, I'm struggling at getting my female sims (I have 7 of them) to surround Sven/Shiro in a circular formation. Aside from that, my female sims do the poses I want them to. I'm happy with Sven's/Shiro's posing, that doesn't need changing. I don't want to make a pose that moves, fyi, too advanced when I just started. I just want a stationary one. This is my result (I'm not entirely sure how I failed so bad, it looked circular from above in blender): On top of that... So.. Sims posing diagonally when I wanted them to stand upright, sims clipping into each other and clipping deep into the ground... This is what I got from: Rotating and moving them around from that point on their crotch (is it called the root?) .. My original problem before I even put the pose in game was I could see they were floating so I tried up put them above the ground which I THINK is the red and green lines, I don't know, I know it's some lines bc I read it in orangemittens tutorial just to check for stuff video tutorials might have missed buut... I gave myself the opposite problem (clipping into the ground, plus diagonally posed sims.) It's not as bad as before! Originally, I had all the witches floating off into the air and posed diagonally. I even tried messing in object mode to see if that could do anything, it seemed like a good idea, but it doesn't really do anything that much to help me. Also, I'm not good at understanding written tutorials (I really only understand video ones), so if there are some tutorials I don't know about that have the answer, I'm sorry! I've skimmed over all the ones listed in the tutorial resources thing (except that one thing about CAS and jaw movement), I couldn't find an answer unless I missed it.

Okay, so this sounds absolutely terrible... But let me give you context: I get that we can't really travel with our babies. But what if we could put them, and obviously the bassinet tied to them, in one of the inventories of the sims household. So we could click on the bassinet and click 'put in inventory' and our baby would be put there too. Not the household inventory, bc that's in build mode, but a sims individual inventory. And then we could travel where ever we wish to go and then drag the baby out the inventory and they would be intact and perfectly okay, and we could interact them and fulfill their needs as normal. This way we could take babies on vacation, out to the park, etc, etc. And then when we're done we can click 'put in inventory' again and travel back home.
If possible, the mod could be allowed for any sim to put the baby in the inventory too, within the household or not, just bc you might want to simulate babysitting at different houses or smth. (:
I don't know if this is possible, and I don't know much time it would take, but if you would be willing to try to make this mod for me, then I would be very grateful. Thankyou for reading!

Hi! So, I would like to make some aquatic looking sims. I want some webbed feet (so not exactly mermaid but shuush, maybe like.. a siren) and hands accesory/skin detail to be separate cc that can be worn together if you want to. Both should copy the colour of the sims skin tone onto them - i.e if the sim has red skin, the webbed feet or hands would be red too - instead of giving the webbed feet and hands multiple swatches in various skin colours. It would be also nice if it could pick up tattoos as well, I have seen it done with NotEgain's sad elf ears which can pick up skin overlays too. There should be multiple categories they can be found under: in skin detail, probably as wrinkles, since I don't really use wrinkles under rings bracelet gloves and maybe hat. preferably for all ages (but baby, ofc) Webbed feet/hands look something like this, sorry for darkness of gif: Thankyou for reading!

Okay, I have no experience with modding so if anybody could please take request for me I would be v. grateful. c; I don't know how complicated this would be nor if it can be achieved, so I'll supply a "basics" section which will cover what I think would be cool in the mod, vs "the fancy stuff" which is stuff I am unsure of whether it could be implemented or not but if it could it would be EXTREMELY awesome, and then the "EXTRA fancy stuff" is the stuff that would be really, really, really awesome, if it is possible, and finally the "EXTRA, EXTRA fancy stuff" that is probably not possible at all but a girl can dream, no? The basics: - when a sim passes out, I don't want them to do so with their butt up in the air. I want them to flop on the floor, sprawled out like they look when they've just died.. But obviously not really die, just play the animation of them dying. - I want this to be implemented for all possible occasions a sim can pass out - i.e through exhaustion, having their plasma consumed, hive mind of the satellite that makes all the sims pass out and I'm sure there's more...- could breathing motions be implemented to the passed out sim so that it doesn't look like they're actually dead? I don't know if this is a far stretch for the basics, but I don't want my sim to actually *look* dead, more just like they're sleeping rather soundly on the floor. - other sims react to the sim being passed out with the shocked animation sims do when they see grim reaper or a dead sim. - the passed out sim will receive a dazed moodlet after they wake up from passing out, preferably a strong one that can't be overpowered by a fancy looking room etc but not unrealistically so - i.e I think around 8-12 would be the max limit of points for this moodlet. The fancy stuff:- includes everything from "the basics" (if possible) - plus other sims that see the passed out sim will either do the shocked expression sims get when they see a dead person, as aforementioned, or do the pre paternal panic animation that dudes do while their partner is in labour. If different sims could do both that would be great?- I don't want them to freak out too long though, they should stop after a time. - sims that have noticed the passed out sim will get a tense moodlet detailing the stress of seeing a passed out sim. It shouldn't be that potent, about 3 points tops. The EXTRA fancy stuff:- includes everything from "the basics" and "the fancy stuff" - and you can chose between two versions of the mod where in one passed out sims get the zzz above their head and in the other they don't.- plus at least one sim (but a max of 2) will go over to the passed out sim after panicking and being shocked and will sit down on their knees next to the sim in the way that sim gardeners do when they go to weed their plants or plant new plants. I don't want dandelions to be picked out of the sim though, obvi, but I don't know how anything works so I'd assume it would be best to take animations from already existing actions. They will look sad and they can move their hands the way the gardeners do when they're weeding plants or planting a new plant, to make it look like they're checking over the passed out sim. If 2 sims go to check the passed out sim, one should go either side of the sim. - when a passed out sim wakes up, up to 2 sims but not a whole stampede of them will hug them. The sim will walk the way that the patients in GTW walk until their dazed moodlet from passing out goes away.
The EXTRA, EXTRA fancy stuff: - includes everything from "the basics", "the fancy stuff" and "the EXTRA fancy stuff" - plus one sim that sees the passed out person, after checking over them, will carry them to a be where the passed out sim will resume the "napping" animation. If there is no bed available, they will carry them to do a sleepable sofa instead, and if that isn't available, then a bench would do. This is probably not possible at all... But you never know... And the hugging from "the EXTRA fancy stuff" will happen after the sim has awoken on the bed.
