Hi Sparkschy , I was wondering why you used the turtle floor decal as base as the puddles itself are already floor decals? It's true I already did the puddles, but as you're saying you want to learn how to do it, here a tip! Start all over again! then: - Choose standalone recolor - Check the "show debug objects" checkbox - Type "puddles" into the search bar - Click one of them and save - Follow this tutorial: How to unlock objects- Test out in game if the puddle is showing. - It works? Good! - Add other textures If you still can't get it to work, let us know we're here to help! Unlocking debug items My brain just skipped that thought entirely. so smart XD lol as for why I picked the turtle...I tried it after my first attempt didn't work. But thank you for the Tut. I'll try that out :D have a good day...

Hello hello, I want to be able to decorate lots with the puddles that come with the game. So I turned them into a rug/pool deco (the turtle). but in game everything shows up except the texture. I got the textures from the debug puddles and only changed the color and nothing more. I tried the dds. files and png. files but same results. I copied the mesh from the original puddles, that didn't work either. even used the texture from the deco turtle pool/rug, pasted the puddle texture in that file and saved it. still nothing. I even used base game rugs, but that didn't look right either. Am I missing something? are the textures to light? even though I use the original ones that come with the game. I've been at this for like 3 days and even went through some forum question, but found nothing so far. T_T I'm so gonna cry if it's like the most simple obvious solution tho PNG. fileDDS. filePackage.file

1. You need to redo normal map, it's completely wrong. See this tutorial. Normal map is always gray and never colored, and for dresses and other clothes it should be 1024x1024 size. Tip: save as .dds, not as .png. DDS only. 2. Your dress has old specular map. Either redo it or use "Make blank" button. OMG!! I didn't even noticed that I put the wrong file in my bump tab. I just looked right over it. I tend to miss these things. so dumb. Thank you for taking a look for me

Hallo, I have A question. I made my first frankenmesh and someone tried it and then this happened. These weird looking things by the legs. it was the only cc in the mods folder. In my game the dress works fine, but I would still like it if someone could double check for me. I'm still very new with meshing and what not. So I would really appreciate the help Package FileBlender File

Hey! It looks like you're missing vertex paint at the problem area. In blender, change the mode to vertex paint. Most of the mesh will be yellow and green. Except for the problem area. It's white. Change the color to bright yellow and paint that spot yellow. I think that will fix it. Aah, it did! thank very much T_T

Alright, note that I am new at this blender sims meshing thing. The only thing I ever did right is flip a picture frame from vertical to horizontal. But I tried something. There is a vest from get to work I like, but I wanted to deleted the cords. which I did and tested in CAS and while playing with my sims (succes). So I recolored the texture and went into CAS to test it out again, but then this happend when adjusting the chest(up, down). This is where my knowledge of 3D and blender fails me. Here is my blender file | Texture.package Maybe someone can tell me where I went wrong

The Movie Hangout stuff pack has this belted short and I loved the patterns, but not the belt. So I made some underwear, because that’s what they looked like after removing the belt. Now I have some more options. And i’m sharing Now, if I’m correct this is base game compatible, if not you need movie hangout stuff Bra on right by Citrontart | Pose on the left by DearkimsDownload hereEnjoy!
