I wanted to thank you Orangemittens and Andrew for being so awesome! You guys are on the ball! It's because of all of you and the creators that so many of us have fallen in love with The Sims even more. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for this tutorial! You are a godsend to creators everywhere. =) I probably won't play with slots personally, but it's awesome to know how it is done just in case. Thanks for the hard work.

Thank you so much OM! I actually ended up restarting over with a shorter dress to avoid the cut line all together. Lol. But I'm so grateful to understand what was going on with this situation now. My mesh did end up being released today and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Thank you all for your advice, tutorials, and tools.

My guess is that the boot issue is from the uv map, and the dress could be a weighting or uv_1 problem. I would have to see the new package to know more. Well the dress isn't a concern now because I completely remade it. But the boot thing is still going on.

Okay, so I fixed that problem, and now am facing another. Her boots don't know what to do. XD And her dress kinda went crazy. Any ideas? Getting closer!

Cut numbers are what Studio uses to determine which EA mesh to replace with your new mesh. They are assigned in Blender. Change your mesh cut number to match the EA one you want to replace here: *snip* Oh. Okay! So how do I know which cut number to use exactly? Oh, I found it in your accessory tutorial. Thank you!

I was thinking, since you are making a shorter dress it might be best to clone a shorter dress in S4S because they have less cut numbers to deal with. I have some things to do right now but I will be free in a couple of hours if you need more help. I actually considered this as well but I had no clue how to get the top to replace another dress without having problems with the weights which I still don't know much about. Lol. I tried this mesh over a swimsuit and it went haywire! XD

I've been battling this all day and I'm sorry if this topic has been asked before. I am currently frankenmeshing the Luxury Party dress with a base game skirt. It's nearly finished except for one major flaw: The dress mesh seems to still be in place even though it's been deleted. Here are links to my blender file and package file. This is my first time frankenmeshing so I appreciate any advice or feedback.

I'm glad to hear it's working for you now Thank you for sharing this information...this is very helpful to know. Always glad to help where I can! This is by far the best pose player to date and it's still in testing. ^.^ You all should be very proud!

Hi ilzekay and kitonlyhuman, welcome to Studio forums. Did you unzip the .packages and put them into your Sims 4 Mods folder? The contents of the .zip must be removed from the .zip before the mod will work. If the answer to that is yes did the previous version of the Pose Player mod work for you and this one doesn't or have you never been able to get the mod to work? I commonly use Mod Manager to install the mods. For some reason, it's not recognizing this script so I had to manually install it instead. Of course, I remember the previous version didn't work with Mod Manager either now that I thought of it. XD Hope that helps ilzekay and others! Got it working!

First of all, thank you so much for making this! But I'm a bit concerned, as it doesn't appear in my game when I click my sim at all! I have plenty of other CC in my game, so it's not that I have script mods disabled. Do you know if there's any conflicting mods at all? Or is there something obvious that I'm missing... O_o I have this same issue. Script Mods turned on and I have repaired my game. I have tried with an existing household and a brand new household. Reinstalling is next! =)
