Hi everyone! I've been meaning to introduce myself for ages, but kept forgetting My name is Brittany! I'm 28 years old, married, and living in Sydney, Australia with my husband. I moved to Sydney from the USA (Reno, Nevada, specifically) about 4 years ago now We don't have any kids yet...but this might be the year! :D Anyway, I'm a long-time Sims fan; been playing since the Sims 1 and started downloading CC once I got the Sims 2. I never really thought I could create my own CC even though I've always sorta wanted to. It wasn't until the end of last year that I decided to experiment with making my own CC finally. Shout out to Bakie for the excellent video tutorial on making stickers! That was my first experiment and it took me 3 hours, but eventually led to me making a whole Starbucks CC set. I love to do recolors (patterns on everything!), wall stickers, themed sets, and I've recently started getting into doing conversions. I hope to start making my own meshes soon, once I'm more comfortable with Blender! Sims4Studio is an excellent tool and I'm so thankful for the helpful community here :D

People can recolor my conversions (so far that's the only meshes I "make" ). Just as long as they give me credit and link back to the original download page. brittpinkiesims: brittpinkiesims.tumblr.com

It worked!!! Thank you so much! I'll probably upload it (and everything else...I'm doing a casino set :D) tomorrow, and I'm definitely going to give you credit for your help, Design4Sims!
This really taught me a lot about UV editing- so helpful. You should consider turning this into a tutorial...there are so many times this would apply to others, and I know it's going to help me with other projects I previously abandoned.
Thanks so much again! <3

Thank you so much! Yes, I actually can't seem to find that in the TSR workshop! I've looked through every file...have no idea where they are :( Do you have TSR workshop? Maybe I'm not finding it somehow but it's there?

Hey guys! I'm having some issues converting an object from the Sims 3 to Sims 4. I already know how to do conversions, but this particular object is giving me issues. It's this arcade game from the Sims 3 store: I've extracted the mesh in TSR Workshop and saved all the image files, etc. I want to turn the arcade machine into a deco object. But the main issue is that it has 5 groups/texture files and I can't figure out how to make that work with anything in The Sims 4. I've tried joining the groups so that there are only two texture files and that works fine, but when I import the textures in S4S, it looks really odd. I'm not sure what to do or how to go about it when there are so many texture files....any help?

Just wanted to add that this step was very confusing- I figured it out by Googling more about the Bounding box function. Would be helpful to add to the original post that after selecting B, you need to use the left click on the mouse to select the mesh, otherwise nothing happens ^_^ Thanks for the tutorial- hopefully I can do this successfully!

OMG the new "make buyable" button! (Well, I think it's new...I've never noticed it, haha). So awesome, makes it so easy...thank you!!! :D Do you think we could get some keyboard shortcuts? Like being able to just hit delete on the keyboard to delete swatches, rather than clicking? Or being able to select multiple swatches at once (but not all) to change colors or thumbnails? Love this tool, thank you so much!!!

Have you all tried uninstalling, then downloading Sugar again via link? It worked for me that way. The actual link was incorrect- nothing to do with the installation. But it's fixed now

I see S4S has been updated, however, the link to download still directs to version 2.6.0.5 (and not 2.6.0.6.) :(
EDIT: Whoops, posted at the same time as Simsical.
