Thank you! :D
The object I cloned had only one shadow lod "shadow lod 0 (high)", rather than several different lods. Could that be whats causing the issue? The mesh that I cloned (one of the sims 4 studio recolourables) had three cuts, one for the mesh itself, one for the glass and one for the shadow plane so I'm finding it difficult to find another object to clone that has the same mesh cuts. This is my first time making an object with glass parts, so I'm sure that's the reason I've messed up somewhere, haha!
[EDIT] I cloned a cabinet with a glass window, that had all the different shadow lods, and it works absolutely perfectly now! :D Thank you!

Hi everyone! I'm having an issue with my first mesh, and I'm completely stumped as to why it's happening and how to fix it. I only seem to notice this issue when the object is outside, but as it's a mini greenhouse that's quite a problem. It looks okay when light is cast on it from the front but when I rotate the camera to look at the back it's like the object is not solid and the light is shining through somehow. Pics are here: imgur.com/a/t00KC3dI'm really not sure what's causing this, so I don't even know where to begin when fixing it. When rotating the object the light doesn't seem to fall correctly on it, either. I cloned the "Recolorable 1x1 box with glass" to make this, and imported my own mesh made in blender. If you need to look at the package file, it's here: www.simfileshare.net/download/518051/I know I should probably have picked something a lot easier to start withfor my first mesh, but I guess I got a bit over ambitious, haha! I'd love to get this working! Please let me know where I've messed up, or if you need any other information from me!

Thank you Mathcope! I think I'm becoming addicted to making CC! I've made an attempt at clothing now too, with this wedding dress: Simple Wedding Dress

Honestly, I wish I'd tried Sims 4 Studio sooner! I always assumed making custom content was too difficult and fiddly for me, but this program just makes everything so much easier! Yesterday I only planned to make some wallpapers, but by the end of the day I'd also made some rugs and wall art. Geometric WallsMurmuration Wall Art
Murmuration RugLet me know what you think! I've tested them in game, but as they're my first downloads, I'm naturally paranoid that I've messed up somewhere! EDIT: Here's another one! Hummingbird Stamp Art
