Hi doctorheptagon , I know for sure that it works after the latest patch. Can you try removing all mods except for this one, make sure that script mods are still enabled in your game after the patch (sometimes this gets disabled even after you enable it once), and make sure that both the .ts4script file and the .package file are directly in your Mods folder (not a sub folder of your Mods folder)?
Thanks for replying. I tried all of this: - Removing all CC and mods - Uninstalling and reinstalling the game - Resetting the sim - Tried on my laptop with a fresh install
None of it had been working - Script mods are definitely enabled, because the Pose UI buttons are showing up in-game (is it possible for it to be "semi-disabled" where this part works but the actual functionality doesn't?)
Anyway, I tried it just now, to take screenshots of the issue, and now it works. I'm a developer myself so I know the joys of issues that seem to fix themselves with no definite cause. There is one other person on my thread in the creator Q&A saying they have the same problem.
If it breaks for me again, I'll try to get screenshots and post them here.

andrew I have used this mod quite a bit in the past, but as of the latest game update (220.127.116.110) the poses themselves do not seem to work. The mod is loading, and I can see the UI buttons and menus, but when I enter a pose/animation name, the sim does nothing but idle. It's not like the sim freezes while posing, they simply do nothing and stand there, looking around, until the pose is cancelled. I've already updated to the latest version of the pose player mod and tried it with all my other CC removed (Pose player is the only script mod I use) - still no luck.
It worked fine before the last update, so did the update break something? Is there a plan to fix this?
Pose By Name is not working at all for me after the latest S4 update... No matter which animation I put in, the sim doesn't respond to it at all, they just keep standing there idle. PC 18.104.22.1680 / PosePlayer V7 (latest I can see). Tried with all other CC uninstalled; still doesn't work.
