It is, thank you! It's heavily edited though, I use actions (color adjustments, curves) and sometimes Topaz Adjust to enhance lights and shadows

Right now it has 5 groups, you need to join them together. A hair should only have 3 groups, one "main" group and two for hair cuts, if that makes sense

I can't look at the .package right now but I checked it in blender and the shading is a bit... off. Recalculating normals and removing doubles didn't make a difference. The affected area has more faces than the other parts though, I don't know if that could make a difference?

First I would check the specular and normal maps, to fix the actual mesh I usually remove doubles, apply flat shading to the object and split edges if needed.

Does the hair have a uv_1 map?

I'm experimenting with glasses again, I want the glass to be shiny but the specular only affects the frames, not the actual glass. Is there any settings available to edit the shine/matte-ness? I looked around in the warehouse and found some "shiny," "reflective," etc values. Would those change anything?

I commented on something similar here: postI can't explain exactly why it happens, my english isn't top notch today, I apologize. But it works the same.

Try recalculating the normals.

Oh wow @d4s that is super neat! Does the same apply when removing slots or do you have to delete those manually?

It doesn't have a uv_1 map, I would guess that that is the issue. There is a tutorial on tumblr by toksik here and one for hairs (could still be helpful) by untraditionalnerd here

I honestly have no idea what could cause this, other than perhaps the uv_1 or weight paint. I saw that the top and skirt* are not joined together, but I don't know what the difference would be. *just a heads up btw, I'm not sure youn-zoey allows frankenmeshes, as per their tou here ^_^
