Soo I'm using the Swedish version and I just wanted to add some translation fails! So En: Clip Pack S4S: Clip Pack My suggested translation: Klipp-Paket (This one wasn't even translated) En: Override S4S: Överskuggning My suggested translation: Överskrid (This was totally wrong, överskuggning means overshading) Actually, technically "överskuggning" is a correct translation, even though I realize that it can sound odd at a first glance. It felt strange to me too at first. But it was the word that we used when I studied Programming, and I have checked it against both the IDG group's list of IT words and against some university sites. But I'm open for counter-arguments on this one; the examples I have looked at focus mostly on actual programming/coding (object-orientated, with classes and such), not on graphics.
Just to forewarn you - I have changed it back for the next version of Studio. I did the original Swedish translation back in 2015, but haven't been able to keep up since then due to exhaustion and depression. I'm back now however, and have given the Swedish translation a major overhaul. Some sections have been more difficult to translate though, since Studio's functionality has expanded into areas that I'm not quite as familiar with, so it may turn out that the translation needs to be tweaked further.

Okay, you should be able to pick up the finished Swedish translation at www.dropbox.com/s/4wsb8ok29voif85/Strings.sv-SE.resx?dl=0I have been looking at both the game itself and the Sims 4 Studio interface while handling the translation, and am quite confident that Swedish users should find it satisfactory. I will have another look once you have published it though, since with so many strings to process it's of course quite possible for a few mistakes to slip in regardless of how careful you are.

Excellent, and thanks! I actually finished my first overhaul (working in Excel) fifteen minutes ago, so this shouldn't take long. Although there were a few strings that I may have to think about some more - there are some things that are ambiguous when you can't see the strings in place. I have an installation of Visual Studio (2010), so I was able to open the file there.

Hi. What would be the best way to submit hundreds of translation corrections? Can you import a list to the string resource table? I have had a look at the Swedish string resource using Reflector, and I think it needs a thorough rewrite. (I have actually already gone through about 2/3 of the current 582 strings as an exercise, as translations is a hobby of mine and I'm quite familiar with the Swedish Sims 4 translation.)
