Here is the latest and greatest. Apparently Zerbu's CC tracker is not working with the latest update/I am not bothering to find out if it has been updated because it was irritating me when I needed it the most. BUT, I have found another great program that will make your life easier. luniversims.com/files/download/73-sims-4-tray-importer/Use this program to create sims with (only!) poo content, save and close out the game. Open the program, install, then it will check your tray folder. It has pictures of the tray items, so you pick the sim with the borked content, click export with CC. Then a list will pop up of the custom content that particular sim uses. Go to your downloads folder and delete the files you no longer want. I stop there and don't actually export the sim. I am loving this! Even though I haven't done so, it should also work with a house you create and add custom content that you have decided to cull from your folder. I hope this saves your sanity. It certainly helped save mine. Click Telecharger (download) and you will get the file. If you need any assistance, PM me. It should be a direct download - there is no spyware, or browser hijacking. amy

My original post would have been more helpful if I also mentioned Zerbu's CC tracker. If you have bad custom content/incomplete content, what I do is create the sim with all the poo or incomplete content and then name the sim something like afjkladsjkfldajlk so that it is easy to identify. Using Zerbu's CC tracker, it will search my tray to find the offending sim and then I can go through line by line and identify the bad content. It works to identify about 90% of the CC - I don't know why it doesn't register everything, but, it will certainly be a lot less frustrating when Sakura's mod doesn't necessarily find the file as corrupt. Just search for Zerbu tumblr. I hope this helps!

Sakura's program from mod the sims is wonderful for finding bad content, but be aware that it will give some false TS3 identifications. I have found that some files from The Sims Resource, like files from Nmbrswoman, Mutske, kaelan, and a couple of others show up as TS3 files, but they are TS4 and they do work. So far, I have not had this happen with any other custom content sites. I messaged the creator, but I am not sure that my message was understood, so I don't know if this will be fixed. Perhaps this is the difference between those who use TSR workshop and S4Studio.
