You guys are really awesome, you know? But I don't think I explained my problem the right way. I don't have a problem with the alpha part, that's squared away, I think... What I am having problems with is making the same UV map for all of the pieces of my mesh (I will have different images [ie. flowers and leaves] like Dara does). Hers are all mapped onto the same grid. When I try to move stuff around on my grid only the coordinates of the plane move and not the actual image, distorting the image in the 3D veiwport. Unfortunately, I am not so far along with my mesh to show you more of what I mean.

Hey Guys! I could use some creating help. Let’s establish right now that I am a real noob when it comes to this . I am trying to create a flowery plant-type thing in blender, and I have studied some different meshes. It seems as though most creators use images on planes to create the look they want, so I gave it a try. I am stuck on how you make a nice neat map out of everything. Like this (from one of DaraS meshes): My image takes up the entire map: Any guidelines or a tut someone can point me to? I’d be very grateful! Thanks

Hello there! This sim wants desperately to have a tidy home but she just has waaay too many books!! It’s a good thing she has lots of Billy Bookcases to keep them all in! In this new set you will get: 5 IKEA Billy bookcases in different heights and widths - They come in the 5 different Ikea Billy swatches. The tall bookcase is made to go better with tall and medium walls. Use “moveobjects on” cheat to put them where you want them. 7 different Bookends to mix and match (found in sculptures and clutter) - You have to fiddle with “moveobjects on” to put them where you want them ( this tutorial has some good tips if you are stuck). 1 set of books (found in sculptures and clutter) - use “moveobjects on” to place where you want. 8 different book print wall hangings (some in English and Simlish) Thanks to the awesome content creators whose stuff I used in my scenes: @tingelingelater; S4S - freeasabird , Mathcope ; TSR - Buffsumm, Ung999, Severinka, shojoangel ; TUMBLR - @ leo -sims, daer0n , @mxims, mio -sims, Moon , @onyxsims, @jomsimscreations, javabeandreams , @chisimi, @inakh Prints for wall hangings by AbbieImagine and Parada creations. Enjoy and Happy Simming!!

Thought I'd post one last thing today This one came about from a mistake I made while doing the bicycle tables where I accidentally pasted a screenshot .png instead of my glass texture and the result looked kinda neat, I thought. So I'm sharing my PhotoOp end table with you! You can see more previews here. Since you guys are all whizzes at recoloring here you should recolor this table with your own favo' screenies! this one has a poly count of 1087. It is base-game compatible and is found in accent tables. Prints used from Etsy here and here and from Baytree Gallery here. Enjoy and Happy Simming!! KSimbleton. **wcif questions? Ask away! #surface

Hey Again! I am back with a new table! I saw this piece here and really loved it. I hope your Simmies do too! This is a high-poly item, It started at 20k and is down to around 5k, so.. … I’ve tested it out in my game and on heavily CC-laden lots with Sims and it works okay. Anyway, that’s my disclaimer. The table is base game compatible and costs 599 simoleons. I also made a coffee table and end table. You can take a peek at them here and download them here. The polys on these are still high: Coffee table is 4352 polys, End table: 1902 polys and both are base-game compatible as well. Enjoy and Happy Simming!! KSimbleton **If you wonder about any CC in my preview pics, just ask! I am wcif friendly! #surface

Hello! It's taken me a while to get back here to post my stuff - but I'm glad I have. I have gleaned immeasurable knowledge from the tutorials written and shared with the community as well as the Sims 4 Studio members themselves and for that I thank you all! My first post is the first mesh I made using Sims 4 Studio. Doggies on Bicycles is the name of the painting I made using this tutorial - Thanks Orangemittens! It can be found in wall hangings and is base-game compatible. There are 12 swatches of insanely cute doggies riding around on bicycles. Paintings by Coco de Paris here. You can see the other previews here. Enjoy and Happy Simming! If you wonder where to get any of the CC used in my preview pics just ask! I'm wcif friendly Thank you! #wall decoration

Nikadema - Thank you so much for your quick response and for being kind! I've triangulated and split the end table, now off to do the coffee table.

Hey Guys! I have been working on my first mesh for a few weeks now and have come to the point where I am almost ready to put textures on it, but have run into a bit of a problem. Everything looks fine in blender and in S4S (v2.7.0.1JP), but when I put it into the game to test I get these weird streaky shadows on the table’s legs and surface. I have already looked through the common problems thread and removed any double vertices. Let me down easy – this is my first go... Thanks! Kathy
