Merging is simple with S4S, and the biggest downside is it's much harder to edit it, but it saves space and possibly loading time.

That's some good subliminal advertising. I'll check your stuff out next chance I get.

They aren't contactable, and they don't have a TOU. I did have to search a while to find it, and everything I read suggests the original creator meant to post it (he did, just in a kind of out of the way place as MTS didn't have a TS4 section at the time), but he fell off the map before properly uploading it and none of the sites connected to him are updated past the end of 2014.
I would, of course, credit him, and I tend to credit everyone that helps me with CC (unless I space out and forget, and I'd go back and edit it if that were the case and I remembered later). As for the studio thing, I'm aware that I could make a studio with only one object (or at least, that the rules didn't suggest I'd be forbidden from doing so), but it's more of a me thing... I just feel more comfortable knowing I've got more to post than just a couple of items I only had a small hand in, and a relatively simple CC job. If my one mod was something like MC Command or something, then yeah, no problem. It's kind of a 'peer' thing, I want to feel like I earned a studio by putting in some real work.

We have the Creator Studio section here that you're welcome to post in. I don't go to MTS after their moderator called me a bullshitter and deleted my helpful posts in the Create section there. Oh wow, uncool... I might make one, but I didn't feel like I really merited one since I don't really make CC, this is my first one I've done 'on my own'. Also, I just talked to the original artist for the Ouroboros image, and he said he made that for a friend for a memorial thing, so I'm taking that one down. I'll put the wolves up, though. Is it okay for me to post a tattoo CC that is actually someone else's work, but needed some updating (and re-tagging in my opinion), and the mod creator hasn't been around in about a year? If so, I'll put up a studio, since I'll have at least 3 items for it.

Thank you very much, orangemittens, while your direct answer didn't exactly directly help, you gave me a keyword I needed to find a tool that fixed the issue. I just needed the word 'artifact' to have something on Google to search! Funny what little details can fix a problem in a way you didn't intend. Thanks! I'm going to post these up on MTS and credit you with helping (little bits of info you've given me on other projects have also definitely helped me figure stuff out, so you definitely deserve credit).

Psh, mine's only 89 MB, 156 files, 19 folders. Not even screenshot-worthy. And it's LOTS more cc than I USED to have, I ran with just mods for a LONG time. While I have some CC super-users attention, I have questions... in CAS, do your item windows sometimes not line up properly, outfits will "space" too far over to the right? What causes that, and is there a fix? I do have Weerbesu's 3 Columns in CAS mod installed, but I've seen this without it, too. Yup, that totally happened with me for a while... Now I don't remember the last time I saw it, maybe just because I haven't been customizing Sims a lot, maybe somehow I fixed it... If I did fix it, I'd guess it might have to do with custom thumbnails (since I removed almost all of those from any mods I use). Also, I'm really surprised you're at less than 100MB, given how much time you seem to spend on mod forums or helping people troubleshoot.

I have quite a few folders 'cause I want everything sorted. I have a few merged Build-Buy .packages. that's probably 70 more if they're unmerged :p Hey, you're still looking pretty sane. ~500 isn't too excessive.

EDIT: (Due to the artist wanting me not to use one of the images for CC, and because my issue has been dealt with anyway, I'm just taking down this whole post. Sorry.)

Oh wow... I'm kinda tempted to go look for those packs... I've been wanting to add more colours (eyes, hair, whatever) to the game.
I'm going to eventually PLAY this game, I think.

Holy poo, you have less than double the files, but 4 times the file size? How did you do that?

Alright, that's cool, I appreciate the request fill, and I'd much rather have cowplants with some extra bite and just have to deal with evolving plants by hands. I may poke over and ask scumbumbo about it at some point. Thanks for the reply!

So, I'm curious what the stats on peoples' mod folders look like... Here's mine:

So this is mostly at orangemittens (or andrew), the cowplant mod you guys made (thanks again for that!) seems to conflict with scumbumbo's evolve all mod. I figured I could just delete the cowplant object from his mod and things would be hunky dory, but that didn't seem to work. Given programming wonkiness, I can't say for sure what's causing what (and I'm pretty sure I tried restarting the sims in case it was a fluke, I usually do) but until I removed 'evolve all' from my mods (and after I added your mod), plants would disappear when I planted them. Like, Sim puts seed in ground, little mound appears, then fades away for no discernible reason. Just curious if either of you (or anyone else) knows how to fix it. If all it needs is to remove evolve all effecting cowplants, that's fine, I expect my cowplant to need to be maintained separately anyway. However, whatever I tried to do to make evolve all not conflict, didn't seem to work.

Oh, that was informative! Yes, great insights revealed there. Thanks for linking, egwarhammer. Ryu, my thoughts on the subject run right along the same lines as yours. I mean, even though it's clear why it might not be feasible to program it differently, I don't like the idea that jealousy is something Sims "make" each other feel. That's just the opposite of healthy human psychology without regard to the particular emotions or personal preferences in romantic relationships involved. But no jealousy isn't very realistic either. I might go with the "player" reward trait cheat still. Yeah, sadly computers are wonky and programming is fickle, and using the system they have, that's just how it works. I'm sure there's some pain in the ass way to make a Sim stop 'receiving' the broadcasts, but it is annoying that it's harder to do that than to make a Sim stop broadcasting jealousy. C'est la vie... Or I guess, 'C'est la programmation'.

I managed to make these tattoos myself. One of them the artist doesn't want me to post CC of, but I will post the wolf tattoos somewhere.
