Mathcope: I imported a mesh with a cloth texture from Marvelous Designer and I followed all of the steps per MD TUT on here to do the the rest of what needed to be done in blender, but when I try to import into s4s the cloth texture does not show. Can you please explain that to me or do I need to download a picture. No shade intended but it has been a couple of days since I posted my question. I was just wondering if I was being ignored was all. Thank you for your prompt response today.

Why is it that I can't get a response o my questions am I not asking for the question correctly or am I simply being ignored on purpose? Not trying to be rude or mean but I just don't understand?

gnerdsimmer I don't know if your question was ever answered as to how to resplit the meshes (as I know to well it can be discouraging). Here is the answer to do that: enter Edit mode. Press the P key. A window like the one shown in picture Splitting the mesh will pop up. In this window you can select the method for splitting the mesh into different objects: ... Once Blender has finished splitting the mesh, go to Object mode and click on the different parts of the original mesh.

I think that I worded this incorrectly, so here is what I would like to know. How do you do the above mentioned? None of the meshing tutorials are working out for me.
I have created several clothing items in Marvelous Designer and I do not know what to do after I import them to blender. PLEASE HELP!

Hi I am really new to the world of creating and meshing so please be patient with me. Now I followed Mister S tut on how to shorten a mesh in Blender it worked out well for me until I got to the part where it said to edit the texture in your normal 2D editing program as the texture will still be on the legs (and it was). What is a 2D editing program that you could recommend for this task? Also I have been creating clothes in Marvelous Designer 5 and wondering what to do after an outfit is made to bring it in game, do I have to mesh it in Blender before I bring it in game or what? Your assistance in my further creations is greatly appreciated. Read more: sims4studio.com/conversation/2487#ixzz4OV1P5lDo

It replaces my second mesh and then when I #15 it only shows one mesh to work with instead of the two that were selected.
