So, I deleted my game, again, and reinstalled it. It won't open at all and I haven't downloaded S4S. It downloaded to "C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_x64.exe" Which I know isn't the correct path. I'm using a new gaming computer with Windows 11. I don't want to have to quit playing. I know I'm a being a post, but I have no one else that can help.

Do you use s4s and the sims 4 at the same time? The game must be closed while you’re using s4s. You cannot modify game files while the game is running. Did you install s4s in The sims 4 installation folder? S4S files must not be mixed with the game files. Unless you did what I described above, s4s cannot interfere with the work of the sims 4 in any way. If it did, you would not be the only person encountering this issue. There are many detailed video tutorials online that describe the process of installing, configuring and using s4s for the purpose of cc management. No. I'm at such a loss as to what to do. I've been playing "The Sims" first came out, buying every game, expansion, pack, kit.

I still can't this game to work properly! I have installed, uninstalled umpteen times!! I can't really play without a program so I can delete swatches and organize my CC. The game works fin until I install Studio 4....then when I try to play, it goes back to the ER app. I have a new gaming computer, Windows 11 and it has that bloody "One Drive". I have asked and followed things other told me to try....still won't work. I just don't know what to do anymore

When you are installing s4s with the installer, it offer you to specify the path where you want to install s4s.But since you do not have the d drive, it does not matter where on the c drive it will be installed. Just open s4s, click on Settings, select the current game path, paste C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\ in there. I put it there and it still crashes to desktop when I click on any CC to look at :(

That's how it used to install...now, with this new computer, it doesn't even give me that path option! My Sims4 did not install in that path :( It installed in "C Program files/EA Games/The Sims 4/Bin/TS4_x64exe

I don't have a "D" drive. I received a new gaming computer for Christmas with Windows 11 It didn't install it where it usually installed. Then sometimes. I get an error
This is where my "Sims" are located "C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\TS4_x64.exe"

Hi. Where are you trying to install it? You can download a zip file and unpack it wherever you want
"This PC > OSC > Program files > EA Games > The Sim 4"
I get an error that Sims 4 Stuido an not download to that ....I'm trying to install it in "This PC > OSC > Program files > EA Games > "
