Hey, so I'm trying to create an engagement ring for my sim. I have a story account and a lot of people that do proposals, are all using the same rings we see floating around. I want to create a new one! Lol. Make it special, and different I guess. However, I'm not quite sure where to start. I'm very new to modding (only have ever done poses lol), so this would be my very first project ever. Now that I'm typing this, I think I'm wrong thread.. Anyway! I would like to know where would be the best place to start, and if anyone would like to help me make my sims special moment, that much more unique! Haha! Thanks for any and all help! Here's a photo of the ring I'd like to recreate. I'm not sure if something like this would be difficult to recreate, and I'm also not sure if creating a new mesh for such a thing is even possible. Hahaa! But I figure having a picture reference is also helpful.

Well I know that you will need to get the ring mesh or go to Tutorial section and look for the Object section and see if they have a tutorial that you can work with.

Hi! I suggest you looking at begginer's tutorials for blender to get you used to the program. This forum isn't really here to teach you how to mesh, but how to import your mesh into the game. We can help a lot during that process or particular/specific questions about meshing. But you should learn how to use the program before hand if not it's pretty difficult to be teaching things from scratch in one single thread. There's many video tutorials in youtube that you can look for. Also there's plenty of already written guides on the Tutorials Section. Here's a video i found it might be useful for you. Once you have your mesh done, follow this tutorial: - Using Sims 4 Studio to Add an Accessory.

I'll take a look at that video and take a look at that forums you linked as well. Thank you!!
