I can't comment on bug reports

Once the Harmony version of Studio was stable the error report thread was closed to all but participating members of the forum. The thread was no longer functioning as an error report thread for the tool and instead had turned into the help desk for every person new to the tool who couldn't be bothered to read the first post in the thread (which lists solutions for the vast majority of errors that occur with Harmony). I have a job and I am also busy with my own creation projects. It got to be too much for me to deal with all the redundant questions, especially when 99.999% of those questions were coming from people who have never bothered to introduce themselves here, participate in any way here, or even say "hey thank you for helping me."

We created Studio to share with a community of people who share back with us. We didn't create Studio to consign ourselves to five or six years of answering the same questions over and over from people who have no intention of participating here in our community.
