I am new to this and trying to make poses. However, when I click export a message comes up saying it can't locate Blender. I have Blender in my Launchpad and dock. I even opened it to test if it works. Please help me!

If studio annoying find your installed blender der, then you need to direct studio to where you installed blender.
Under settings there is a box related to blender path.Click the button by and side and direct it to your blender installation folder.

I notice this is old, but if s4s is having a problem locating Blender make sure you have the right version of blender installed. S4S seems to require a certain version of blender to export. If you have a newer version of blender, go ahead and install the required (older) version of blender in a different folder then link to that installation. You can still use the newer version of blender without problem once you have exported the mesh. At least that is my experience.
