Is there a way I can re-do the weights (I used my already weight transferred file and appended the skirt and did the transfer again) or did you mean by using a save file before I did the weight transfer (Not sure if I did that)? I noticed on my weight transfer two of the vertex groups don't light up. b_L_Skirt b_R_Skirt But on the reference mesh it does.

if you're going to use a reference mesh, it has to either match the size of your mesh EXACTLY or be bigger. i suggest using a mesh that is bigger than yours so it covers everything... you can just redo the weight transfer. you dont need to go back a save, you can keep the weights you have and just redo it.

oh yes, i know. but seeing as the problem is at the top of the skirt, on the image you gave it doesn't show that it's higher than or the same.

Hi! I'm not really sure what you mean by "dent".. but weight transfers and uv_1 should be applied only to custom meshes, not body parts. So if you're having issues with them, delete and re append again EA's parts.
Also, for the sake of having a clean blend: delete all extra .rigs and bone_shape elements.
