I have the last version (2514), and my game doesn't generate thumnails. What can be the problem? I follow each step, I made it severals time, I made my clothes 3 times, but nothing.

Hi kass, is the problem that when you see the item in the game there is no thumbnail or that when you open it in Studio afterward there is no thumbnail showing in Studio? If it's the second issue, this can be solved by making sure that Studio is closed when you are looking at the item in the game. If you do not close Studio when you look at the item in the game then Studio cannot update the thumbnail cache to get the new thumbnail.

It's the second issue, and I closed Studio before each time that I tried.

kass, the item is making thumbnails for me and they show in Studio when I reopen the item after looking at each thumbnail in the game. There is nothing inherently wrong with the item. Have you been able to make thumbnails using this method up until now? Are you able to make thumbnails for other items and just not this particular one?

Have you ever been able to successfully make custom catalog thumbnails using Studio and this method? If not then you probably need to tell Studio the path to your Sims 4 game. The ability to set this path was added in the Joy version. Open Studio and click the word Settings in the upper tool bar. The box will pop up and there will be a field called Sims 4 Documents. You need to browse to your Sim 4 game (to the file that holds your Mods folder but not the Mods folder itself...the folder that it is inside of). Save that setting and then give your catalog thumbnails another try.

I cant get this to work at all. I got my new thumbnails in the S4S but in CAS I cant see it. It only shows the Original Thumbnail like it was before I changed it a little bit. I´m using Joy and been reading everything in here to find out whats wrong but I cant sort it out. Here is my Packagefile if you would like to have a look. Thank you! (I took the link away)
