Hi,
I just made a mesh in blender and when I imported it it didn't show up. I went in the sims 4 studio create a sim tools tab in blender and change it to GEOM and set the cut to 0000, but when I saved it and imported it into S4S (Appletini), it didn't show up. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?

your cut numbers in blender have to be the same as the original mesh. for example, if the mesh you opened only has 3 cuts, your mesh needs to have 3 cuts.
s4studio_mesh_1 = GEOM 0000
s4studio_mesh_2 = GEOM 0001
s4studio_mesh_3 = GEOM 0002
