Help with creating decorative part of painting [Solved]

If you know this EA table in blender, I am basically trying to do something like this with a painting.


I want to make an elaborate looking frame for a painting and thought, this white space with the table design on top of it, is a transparent layer in blender.
Either I was wrong, I did something wrong or it is another process for I tried to make it happen but in game it looks like THIS

 while renderd in blender it looks like  how I want it to be.
Where did I go wrong?
