Hello!
When a hat is used the default hair mesh is replaced by a second one that is compatible with the hat.
My question is: Would it be possible to do the same with accessories if some clothes are used. For example, if the sim is wearing a T-shirt, the accessory won't be displayed.
Thanks for your help.

I tried with ExcludePartFlags. But it hid the body part when my accessory was used. I wanted the contrary: when a certain body part or cloth is used, the accessory is hidden.

hiroki3 share your .package and what accessory you wanted to hide. If do everything properly it shouldn't hide body parts.

I believe this feature isn't applied to the item you want to hide, but to the items worn with it.
So by the sounds of it, you want your necklace hidden when a jacket with a thick collar is put on for example? The excludepartsflag needs to be coded for the clothing, not the necklace (from my experience). The resource is telling the game "hide all necklaces when this top is put on" not "this necklace is saying it should be hidden when this top is on." I think this is done for ease of use because tops vary a lot while necklaces are pretty much consistent in their design, it solves for infinite coding issues. You would need specific top codes for that to work to differentiate between the different styles of tops and I believe there is only the one for the body.
This coding is a bit different from hairs since hair specifically have 3 different lots that match up to hairs, accessories only have one. I fear what you want to code in your accessory may not be possible (but I generally don't mess with accessories myself).
If someone has done the opposite of what partflags generally do, I would love to hear how you did it.

hiroki3 I think I was not wide awake when I wrote my answer. peacemaker is correct that in order to make accessories dissappear when certain clothes worn you need to add specific tags to clothing items. The only thing to try that comes to my mind is to allow this accessory appear only in nude state (probably it can be possible when sim completely nude). You can try adding these tags and trying. And also try adding on Warehouse tab the tag Nude part: Nude part always, see this instruction. This way your accessory should not appear when sim wears clothes. These are not solid advices but ideas because I am not sure if they work as expected.

I tried all of those methods but none worked. Is there a way with some kind of "chop mesh" like for hairs?

I don't believe you can apply the same lod coding for hairs to other CAS items
