I hope I can be of help, but I know from experience that the mods UI.Cheats and the MCCc are incompatible in the game, you must remove one of the two. Maybe that's how the Pet Mod works better. I think the problem is that both mods affect the same sources in the game and that creates the conflict. Greetings. False. You need to update your UI Cheats and MCC. They work perfectly fine together and separately AND with the Playable Pets mod. MCC and UI Cheats are both script mods meaning that they will rarely have a conflict with one another (btw they don't have any conflict with each other since UI cheats only affects the UI aspect of the game while MCC affects gameplay aspect). All three mods work fine together or separately. Please don't spread false information causing other players to have a distaste towards two very great and useful mods.

I can't tell if this mod is causing it or if it's an EA bug. (I've tested it with just this mod installed, but testing it without is sort of a pain because I can't control anything.. obviously. :P)
My large dog is able to crawl under beds and couches. She becomes distorted and even disappears while under the couch/bed.
Anyone else experiencing this?
EDIT: Further testing shows it seems to be an EA bug. Bleh. lol

Hello, the mod doesn't even show up in the script mods section. I installed it correctly in the Mods folder, I enabled the script mods too, but still doesn't work. Any help please?

So, I've noticed that when using this, none of the pet 'moodlets' really have any names or descriptions, so I never really know what they mean or what caused them- they all just say "Rock Group Small 01" or etc.
So... a suggestion, if it's possible- maybe look through the pet moodlet coding and figure out like... which moodlets are caused by what, what they mean, and maybe name them with a small descriptor??
Also, do you think there'd be any compatibility for custom traits/moodlets/etc for pets, or custom/more unlocked interactions so pets can do more things?

(Filepath: C:\Users\User\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods) Try doing that and deleting the Localthumbcache file in the The Sims 4 folder (safe and recommended to delete before starting the game up every time anyways) and load the game. In the options menu there's two settings for mods that both need to be checked, make sure they're both checked and if not then check them then restart the game. Then it should be working.

I know there have been a lot of comments about the mod not working and I'm also experiencing the same issue where it's not working. I have my script mods enabled, I've tried deleting the localthumbcache file in my Sims4 folder, I've tried putting the mod in a sub folder as well as not. When I click download I see that the file is called aom_selectable_pets.ts4script but when I download it into WinRAR I open the aom_selectable_pets to find a file called _init_.pyo I've tried putting the whole folder into my Mods folder as well as just the pyo file, but neither are working. With all of the things I've tried to make it work, it has never shown up in my list of script mods when the game loads. I even tried taking all of my other script mods out to see if there was any conflicts and it still didn't show up on the mod list when I started my game.
Does anyone have anything else I can try or a way to help?

I have done so daring. It was how it showed when it downloaded it doesnt show as script file. When i went to download it shows at .pyo not .script. not sure if it does that as everyone else i do have all of my settings checked tho I havent thought of the local thumbcache file thing yet but i can try that.

Hello! I am trying very hard to download this mod and I have attempted a few times. I was wondering what I was doing wrong. I put this mod into my actual Sims 4 mods folder but it seems that it is not recognized or something. I have mods enabled so I'm not sure what's wrong. I've heard people are extracting the mod but I'm not sure what that means or how to do that.
Thank you

Hi! Can you make a list of actions that you can do with the pets? Like one list for dogs, one list of cats. I can't find the mate option so I'm assuming that you have to have a sim encourage them to mate, is that correct? If possible, it would be so cool if you could make it an option for the dogs/cats so it happens on their own accord or I can play as them and have them mate. Would that require pets to have relationships with each other (since it seems that they can only have relationships with sims, not other pets)? Giving them the ability to form friendly and romantic relationships (the romantic being more like likelihood to mate rather than a dating thing) with other pets would be so cool! I've also noticed that the same action shows up as a button twice. for example, "Go Peepee" and "Go Potty" show up twice as options. Sorry if this is a tall order, I'm just very excited about this mod!

It seems that it quit working for many after the newest small patch on Nov 27th 2017. Remember, a small patch was released on Nov 27th 2017 to fix some issues and this may have broken the mod for some.....I haven't played since then so I will need to see if mine still works. Maybe its worth the OP looking into.

dragonsimmer1590 and morroy143 Not 100% sure if I read your comments right but if I did then here goes. You are NOT supposed to unrar/unzip the file. You are supposed to download it and put it in your Mods folder, that's it! That's all you have to do. Again, do NOT unrar/unzip the file

Maybe its worth the OP looking into. That could be least the good thing is a. i do put my mods in the right folder and not in sub folders for ones that dont need to be in them. B. it could be cause of the small patch update that could have caused an issue. AND for c. Yes, i do keep my games updated so thats not the problem there...... and d. i have all my mod items checked to use the custom mods and script.
