Hi, welcome to the forum! You have to export the meshes of the objects/items you want by opening the package and heading to the "mesh" tab. After this, you need to import your object into the pose .blend file. Go to File -> Append, and navigate to the blend file of the chair. Inside it there should be an object folder, and you'll probably need to choose the file that's called s4studio_mesh_0 (if that doesn't work try the next one and so on). If it's an accessory, it means that it's already weighted >> select it in object mode. Then, you can head over to the armature modifier on your accessory's group mesh and select the rig you want to work with. It will move along your rig. No need to press apply, just select the rig. If it's an object from build/buy then you need to weight (from step 13 to 23) it first and move the object where you want it to be. If you don't know the name of the bone you need to weight your object to, select the rig from the list of mesh groups. Change to pose mode, and head over the bone tab. Everytime you select a bone, the name of the bone will appear at the top of that tab. You can select the text and copy where it's explained in the tutorial.

I'm not really sure which step is giving you issues. Can you explain a bit more what you're doing and maybe add a picture where you get stuck?
