WCIF Pose of sim looking down at photo in hands or photo acc

Hi guys! First post here! First I wanted to say I am very thankful for all the tutorials on the site, they are wonderful! Currently, I am working on a Machinima for the Sims 4. One of the poses I need for my machinima is a pose of a Sim looking down at a photograph or picture frame in their hands, preferably with two hands. I haven't come across this pose at all nor have I found a photograph/picture frame accessory so I can at least make a pose for it. Does anyone know where I might be able to find a pose similar to this? Or at least an accessory of a photograph/picture frame that so that I can make a pose using it? The only one I have found is too big of a frame. Thank you very much! I hope I asked this correctly.
