Does the issue still occur in the actual game? It would probably be best to share your package and blend files here as well so that people can take a closer look.

Looking at it again, you maybe want to be using Remove Doubles and not Edge Split. Edge Split does just what it says. Remove Doubles will connect seperate pieces and may remove these lines. Again though, without providing your blend and package files, people aren't going to be able to help you much further.

This is tied with your graphics card, not the mesh. there's not much you can do. As mentioned above, please provide the files asked to check this.

Yeah. I have the same issue with some meshes. It happens randomly. I tried quite some stuff to try and fix it but no can do. Dunno why it happens. It sometimes suddenly appears on meshes when I manipulated the normals in Blender. But it doesn't make much sense all in all. It looks like the graphic card is like "too" powerful so it displays things it shouldn't. It is quite annoying but mainly visible when using black textures.

vero AHH! I downloaded the inspector a while ago when I saw your post! The problem is that every time there is an update for my graphics card it resets it and I forgot to turn the fix on in inspector this last time it updated!!!!!!!!! I honestly was losing my mind trying to figure out the problem. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!
