Dear AOM , andrew , orangemittens , Thank you so much for creating more realistic careers for the Sims 4! This really suits my playstyle. Currently, both the Fast Food Career and Child Care Career do not seem to be working after the latest patch. My apologies if you're already aware of this and working to fix it - just thought I'd bring it to your attention and profess my enthusiasm for playing with these careers! Total newb question, but I've noticed that a lot of custom careers stop working after most big patches. Since some mods will unfortunately be abandoned by their creators for any number of reasons, I was wondering how feasible it would be to draft a tutorial for fixing career mods post-patch, something user-friendly and simple enough? Granted, I have absolutely no idea how difficult it is to update these career mods so they work with new patches; for all I know, this could involve several hours of tedious headbanging work, for which you have my sympathies and utmost appreciation. Thanks again for all your modding brilliance & lovely contributions to the Sims community. xoxo

Heya eroslovelove, the mods will be updated, they kinda got pushed to the end of the list, but we're planning on posting them The level of difficulty entailed by a fix for patch-related breakage depends on the nature of the patch. The work that needs to be done is variable. For that reason, it's difficult to write a "one-size-fits-all" tutorial on the subject, unfortunately.
