i'm currently converting a 3d model road to sims 4 and everything else seems to work fine except for when i rotate the road it changes the lighting. i'm sure it's a shadow map issue, but i'm not sure how to fix it to appear the same shade every time i rotate . tester image.package file

Hi! First i would like to apologize for leaving your other thread hanging. I just remembered about it while reading this. When someone doesn't reply to your post in days you can post a new comment on it saying "bump" to bring it up and remind the users that read it. I check your package and the bump map (C8EA228A56843294) is wrongly done. It should be grey scaled on main layer and other tone of gray on the alpha channel. It is always best to export the original textures (or have some base files saved in a folder) and compare them to your textures. If you want the road to be matte, you can import this BLANK FILES i have for use. Also, i suggest going into the warehouse and head over Light / occludders / edit items and delete all occluders there.

I really need help in using blender & how to design a object to convert it to the sims 4. Any help ? I pretty much know how to do the whole S4S to blender transfer, but I don't know how to make my objects 3D

Hi uptown17 I would recommend you then to simply look for some 3D object meshing tutorials. Just google blender tutorials or something like that I check some videos. Or you can check this tutorial for more specific object creation for the sims 4

Thanks, but as of now I'm trying to import a gun from blender to sims 4 studios & for some reason it won't work😞. I think what happens is that the gun is broken into many extruded parts and as I select all to make the UV maps & correct the type and cut number it only allows me to click pieces of the gun.

If you share your files someone can take a look. If they are a lot of different objects in Blender you can select them all in Object mode and press CTRL+J to join them into one.

MathCope okay honestly I'm going to need your help with a lot because I have this idea for a police mod. I will tell you the details, but I'm going to need with the animations, importing objects, the create a trait, etc.

uptown17, you can share your package and blend file by using sites like simfileshare, dropbox, onedrive, etc

Do you know anything about importing objects from blender into S4S I tried but it didn't work. I had a gun, but the sims 4 vase was still in the package instead of the gun.
