hi! i have no idea what your problem is because of the lack of information. can you share a picture of the problem? Sorry - I'm not really sure how a photo can depict the issue, unfortunately. I'll try to describe it better - I recolored a hair. When I select the hair in CAS, it looks fine - when I change it to a certain color, it won't stay that color once I go in live-mode. It will switch to another color every time! I haven't had this issue with any other hairs I've recolored and I'm not sure why. |
