I cant seem to get the grab a drink mod it wont download and I cant figure out whats blocking it I can download everything else please help me

I just downloaded it. Page didn't fully load, but I clicked the white down arrow top right and it downloaded

I get all the way to the save and it disappears but 1st it was saying security cant scan I really don't know what I'm doing I use Rare zip extractor and it wont is there a simfileshare download available
