Hi! Please share the .blend and package files. Remember to check vertex paint, and delete any skin bodyparts that are inside the pants. That's unnecessary geometry since you won't see it.

Hi,
I had a look at your DONE.blend file I have no idea how you managed to fuse a full body sim's body inside your pants object without it being selectable or appearing anywhere on the UV. But this is the issue Also I though you could simply select the vertices of the pants then separate them to another object but then the new object is empty...
I don't know how you did that to be honest.. I don't know blender enough. Although I am curious as to how so in case you know what you did..

Soorry :c i don't know blender that much, and i really didn't know what to do, bc i tried it with only the bottom sim's body but it didn't work so i thought that this way it would work better lol but it didn't

Is the folder still working?.. because it just stays in "loading files"... ? By what zelrish say i'm assuming you joined both meshes having the uv's names differently. That's why both uv maps didn't merged correctly. You need to have boths uvs named as uv_0. Also, there should NOT be any body parts inside the pants. You only need what's visible to the eye. So you need to delete the vertices of the legs that are hidden inside before joining them.
