Hey guys! I have the stuck problem or what I really don't know what the things are causing for this. First, I play my game in my sim's lots without stuck or any problem. There is no glitch. Yet, when i travel somewhere, let say to the park, everything is ok for awhile then something is happening and all sims won't move! they just stopped suddenly! I reset them but it doesn't work, they just staying and won't listen to the commands. When i travel back to home everything is ok. I don't think it's related to cc but I'm doing ok in my sim's lots, also i checked my cc. there is no broken. In addition, i have this problem for a long time, so updating game doesn't work either. It always changing because i was playin ok when i travel somewhere but suddenly it is pop up. What should i do ? please share your ideas about it bcs it too annoying :( Thanks to everyone for now.

If you have removed your cc and made sure your up to date you might need to repair your sims game, to do this right click the game in origin and hit repair, if that doesn't work you may have to do a full reinstall the other option is to remove your sims4 documents folder and reboot the game to see if its directly related to your save hope this helps

Hi ricciricciricciThis looks like a Last Exception error You should look into your /my documents/EA/sims4/ folder and check the last exception files created in there. Look for the most recent and either post the content here so we can have a look or try to see for yourself already if you notice any name of mods that you are using in there. They would cause the issue.

From what is understandable it looks like the game is trying to modify a joint but gets an invalid name. This seems linked to some in game object with custom slots. You can look in that direction already. But yeah, you might end up having to use a 50/50 method to sort out your mods.
Did you even disable the CC content to see if it works properly without CC? Cause if not you should repair your game at the very least through the launcher.

Cause if not you should repair your game at the very least through the launcher. It works very well without CC. So as you mention, it about cc, but how can i find the broken cc? when i have a problem with cc i test them one by one, but this problem doesn't appear immediately.

Remove half your content and test it out. etc etc until you narrow it down to the faulty one. This is time consuming but will do the job.
Although it will take time in your case if you cannot find a way to reproduce the issue, Also being able to reproduce it 100% of the time might help you find out what is causing it.
Usually, the first thing you remove are the core mods using scripts. For example : MCCC, cheat mods, and so on Then you go through the rest if the issue remains.

I spared my cc 50/50, but i couldnt find the bad one! when i put them separately they work well, there is no stuck problem but when i put them all together there is the problem again >:( that's why i couldnt find the bad cc :((((

hi! are you literally doing it 50/50? because you should test it by chunks. if the first half isn't getting the issue then subdivide the second half until you find it. there's literally no other way.

Yes I did this! i put half A them in game, there is no problem then I put half B (200 cc) and there is the problem. I subdivided 200 cc. I put 50 cc to a folder then i did the same to others. Again i put the first folder in game, it worked well. I put others too (one by one) , they worked well. So i couldn't find. My point is when i subdivide them and put them 50/50 they worked well. Yet, when i put them together ( bcs i couldnt find the bad one) in the folder, the issue still there :/ I couldnt understand...

I feel you must be really close since you already discarded half of it. I suggest you one las time, having the first half in there while testing as well the others.
