Hello! ¯\(°_o)/¯ I'm new to all this so I just want to do something simple, *hopefully*! I have done similar things for Sims 2 and 3, but IDK if it would be similar for Sims 4 so I thought I'd better ask =^_^= Alls I wants to do is change the category and slots on some CC. For example Chisami's cleavage (I don't want it in Skin Details), some nails (I would prefer if they acted like gloves) and change some tattoos that are in some wonky category not matching their position. If there is a simple step-by-step way to do this, or a tutorial that explains re-categorizing, I would greatly appreciate if someone can either post a solution, (If it's something easy-peasy, that is!) (ಡ_ಡ)☞or point me in the right direction please!

Hi! You need to open each individual package using the "my projects" button and head over to the "categories" tab. There you can change the category to the one you want. You'll have to do this for all swatches and then save the package.

Okay, ty! After poking around, now I understand better how to change categories in S4S but will this solve the problem of two items taking up the same position on the body? i.e. Kijiko eyelashes conflicting with rings? Or, I dl'd some jewelry and the left and right bracelets cannot be worn together for some reason (this isn't the greatest example but I'm trying to demonstrate what I'm trying to achieve, it's hard for me to explain (-‸ლ)

are you having texture issues or can you not wear two different accessories together period? because if it's a texture issue, meaning that another texture is showing up on your accessory when wearing it along with something else, then you'll have to manually edit the uv placement. if you have a picture of what's going on it would help.

I'm having both problems. I want to edit multiple accessories and they all are experiencing different issues. Though I'm very eager to fix this and keen to learn, editing UV placements sounds a little too complex for now, sorry! I'm just going to focus on those two bracelets from Jomsims. It's a left arm bracelet but you can't wear right arm bracelets with it for some reason. I'm going to go ingame and double check and get some pics. Ty!

I downloaded about 100 of "short" hairstyles and they're all under "long" category

Is there a way to change multiple CC categories at once? I downloaded about 100 of "short" hairstyles and they're all under "long" category Open the file, change the tag in one swatch (on Studio tab) and click "apply to all swatches". To change category of the file I need to open each file individually and change category type, then apply it to all swatches, that's clear. But is it possible to change category type for the whole folder in "My CC"? After the last updates, there are many new categories, so now players can use freckles/body hair/scars/birthmarks/body moles, etc. instead of skin details. Because when you have more than 500-600 skin details, changing each file individually takes ages. Is it possible to add that suggestion to wishlist if there is no such functionality.
