Personal information in profile not saving

For the life of me, I have typed in my website name, copy and pasted my website url, made a signature, and typed in personal notes. Saved all of this each and every time, but they still disappear. I still can't remember what I put in my notes...that's why I put them there. ugh!!!
Does anyone know what the problem would be?
