Hey,

Do anyone know if it is possible to recolour the billboards on the buildings in ts4?
I know you can rebuild the ones you can put up yourself
but I mean the actual huge ones on the buildings.

They're probably found in the debug catalogue so just recolour in your usual way. You'll only be able to have one though if it's a world object. I don't have this pack so if it's animated or fancy in some way it might not be as straight forward
