It is right on screenshot that you posted, on S4Studio CAS Tools tab. You need to select a part (left click), click scene tab (the one that is on your screen) and see what number is in "Cut". Your mesh needs to have exact amount of cuts/groups/pieces as EA's item that you cloned when created a .package, and cut number of your mesh parts has to match EA's for corresponding part. I hope it is a bit more clear now, if now please let us know.

when you clone a certain package from the sims 4 and open the blend file you usually see s4studio_mesh_1 or s4studio_mesh_1, s4studio_mesh_2, and so forth. these are the geometries/cuts/groups that ea set for this particular clothing item. when you clone a certain package that has three geometries/cuts/groups, your blend file has to have three geometries/cuts/groups as well so the information in the package stays the same and isn't confused. that's why sometimes when you have a package that needs three cuts but you instead only import two there will be problems.
s4studio_mesh_1 = 0000 s4studio_mesh_2 = 0001 s4studio_mesh_3 = 0002 s4studio_mesh_4 = 0003 s4studio_mesh_5 = 0004 and so forth
