There is no way to say from the picture what was done wrong. Please post .package and .blend files. Both files needed.

You have two groups with the same cut number 0000. Compare with original mesh and match cut numbers to corresponding parts. Also you have a duplicate geometry in s4studio_mesh_2. It's a part of the neck of the group s4studio_mesh_1. You need to split your mesh similar way EA split their meshes. Edit. Here is a fresh tutorial by Orangemittens about cut numbers.

It means that you didn't match cut numbers properly. Again, examine EA mesh that you cloned your .package from and make yours cut in the same way, with the same cut numbers for corresponding parts.

alright, so the cut numbers on the original mesh that i cloned onto the NEW dress are as follows,
s4studio_mesh_1 (neck) = 0002 s4studio_mesh_2 (dress and thighs) = 0003 s4studio_mesh_3 (upper shins) = 0001 s4studio_mesh_4 (ankles) = 0000
but when i apply those cut numbers corespondent to the old mesh pieces onto the NEW mesh, it all goes invisible.. sorry this is so much work .. :P

The dress you cloned (the package you posted) has one mesh group only. The blend you posted has more than one mesh group. Since the original EA item has only one mesh group, when you import your blend with many mesh groups into the package, Studio only accepts one of the mesh groups in your blend and ignores the others. As stated above and in the tutorial, your mesh groups must match those in the original EA item. If you clone the yfBody_DressSweaterMini dress (the dress you cloned for the package you posted) you only need one mesh group.
